The Problem - RPCuk are Oracle Speciaized Gold Partners and Certified Secialists in EPPM solutions, they work with major B2B clients in the utilities, defence, transport and manufacturing sectors. The requirement was to define the brand and proposition and develop a marketing plan to meet RPCuk's aggressive market penetration and growth targets.

Our Plan - Our solution was based on 3 phases:
1. Insight - our team audited key areas to understand the current market and business position to uncover knowledge and build insight.
2. Strategic Planning - applying this insight through facilitated stakeholder workshops and planning sessions, we created an integrated solution reflecting changing market requirements and bringing together the key elements of product and channel development, along with creative messaging and proposition in an objective focused business plan.
3. Execution - the plan was executed via orchestrated campaigns which supported the business across all channels, from print to digital, exhibitions and social channels.

The Results - The campaign has pushed the RPCuk brand forward into new markets and channels with a clear business proposition and brand which provides support across the business.
The engagement with the brand online and the position of industry thought leadership has opened up new opportunities for the business which has grown by over 33% in the last 12 months.
