Interflora – My Local Florist Network

The Challenge – Interflora wanted to launch a new B2B relay proposition, My Local Florist Network, to rival its competitors. ewe agency were tasked with creating the new brand concept before rolling this out to supporting material with the aim of acquisition of florists to the network and raise general awareness amongst the target audience from campaign launch.

Our plan – Research told us that florists vary massively in their approach to technology and their business; our launch campaign, therefore, utilised Direct Marketing, Email Marketing, as well as sales aids for regional representatives to introduce the brand to a highly targeted audience. We also built a responsive website that was clear and easy to use regardless of technological capability or device used to maximise conversions.

The Results – The attractive, colourful branding achieved standout amongst their competitors and the multichannel launch created the required awareness to drive conversions with representatives, online, on the phone and by post. Interflora were particularly happy with the performance of the responsive website which achieved brilliant time and pages per visit statistics despite only being a 5 page site and 10% conversion rate.

We are very pleased with the project results. The customer acquisition website is generating a steady stream of enquiries while the strong creative work both online and in print is helping our newly established florist network stand out from the crowd.
